Discover the best parties happening around you from the comfort of your home or office. Choose among the various option listed. What’s more! You can book the party with us to escape from the long queues and also enjoy great deals on food and drink in the club.

  1. How do I register?

Click on Login/Sign Up link on the home page. You can directly sign-up using Facebook or Google+ or Email sign up by providing some mandatory information and Click on Sign up to get registered.

  1. Is it compulsory to register for booking a party?

The registration is not compulsory for booking a party but we do recommend you to register to avail best offers in the club. One can book a party or an event as a guest by filling up some mandatory information.

  1. What if I forgot my password, how to retrieve?

Under login window, click Forgot password. Enter your email id and the information for resetting the password will be sent to your mail id.

  1. How can I change my Profile details?

If you are a registered user, click your name top of the home page which will open up a dropdown. Select My Profile and make the changes you want. Click Submit to let the information be updated in the system.

 

Booking a ticket

  1. What is the procedure to book a party?

Select your city and follow the below simple steps to book a party:

  1. Choose a party from the curated list
  2. Under the party/event page, select the number of participants in the different categories (Stag Male, female or couple)
  3. Select “Checkout” button which will take you to the Review Page.
  4. Under the Review Page, You can either login via facebook, google, email or continue via Guest checkout by filling up some mandatory information
  5. Add coupon, if you have any; if the coupon code is valid, your discount will be applied to the amount to be paid
  6. Choose the payment option and Click the proceed button.
  7. If the party has free entry, a confirmation pass will be generated and booking is complete
  8. If the party has any entry fees, you will be directed to the payment gateway. Make the payment and once booking is complete, you will receive a confirmation pass.
  9. A confirmation email and sms will be sent across to you after the successful transaction; in case you do not receive the confirmation, please contact us at care@raprika.com
  1. How do I know that my booking is confirmed?

Once you have booked an event/party, a confirmation Entry pass is generated with details of the party/event on it. A confirmation mail will also be sent to your email-id. If you are a registered user, you can also see details under transaction history from the option on the top of the page.

  1.  What is the minimum age to book an event/party?

Each club has its own rule and have full authority to bar anyone who is under age. Please check the club rules before booking for the same. Raprika will not interfere with already existing club rules. According to government, legal age for drinking varies from state to state. Though anyone can book a place for himself/herself but one is allowed to drink any alcoholic drinks only if they are above the legal drinking age.

  1. Can I book over phone/whats app?

Presently, we do not accept such booking. We are working on the same to make it more convenient for you to book such parties via just a message.

 

Payment

  1. Are all the events paid?

We list down all the hottest and happening parties near you. Most of the entries to these clubs are free of cost but then booking through us can help you get a free drink or other good deals in the club. The paid events are also booked by us and confirmation/entry pass is mandatory for such events.

  1. Can I use a promotional code during payment?

The option of applying a promo code is available in the Review page. If you have any discount/promo code, please put the same in the box. The code will be automatically updated with message of coupon code successfully applied.

  1. I do not see the change in the payment amount even though I have used discount code?

If the promo/discount code is valid, you will see a successful message after the application of code and the payment amount will also change accordingly. In case the payment amount has not changed, it means that the coupon code may be invalid; the same can be seen after the application of the code.

  1. How can I make the payments?

We are using payment gateway from PayU money. Under PayU, either you can login with your PayU login details or you can simply select the credit/debit card option to fill in your card details for making the payments.

  1. My card was charged but the booking never got completed?

It may have happened due to network fluctuations during the transactions. If it happens, we send an enquiry to the concerned bank to reverse the transaction. Depending on the bank’s policy, it may sometimes take upto 15 working days to get the amount credited back to your account.

  1. Is there any hidden fee?

No, there is no hidden fee. We have kept our pricing totally transparent. What you see is what you pay.

 

Booking confirmation

  1. Do I need to print my ticket?

All places have their own requirements. Most of the events/parties will only ask your name and booking id for confirmation and entry to the club. However, each club and agency have their own rules and they may ask for a print out for an entry. In case of such events, we will surely let you know.  

  1. Can I cancel the event/party I have booked?

Once a ticket has been paid for, it is deemed sold. It cannot be replaced or cancelled.

  1. What happens if the event is cancelled and the amount has been paid?

All responsibilities of the event/party is on the organiser. Raprika is just the middle connection between the organiser and the users looking out for such events. We will work as per the terms and conditions of the event organiser.

  1. I have booked an event via Raprika but the club does not allow me to enter?

This is a very rare situation but if it arises we request the user to contact us. In addition, it is important to note that Raprika is just the ticket provider and not the actual event organiser.  All club have their own rules and these rules applies to each person seeking entry in the club. All are requested to abide by the club rules for getting an entry in the club or event booked via Raprika. The organiser and the club hold the full authority to disallow anyone to enter if the person is not following the club rules.

  1. The transactions are not being reflected in my transaction history.

The transaction history is visible to registered users only. In case you booked tickets without signing in, you can select Resend confirmation option on the home page and get the confirmation details once again on your email if and phone number.

  1.  What if, for some reason, I am unable to use my booked Tickets on that particular day?

Once the booking is confirmed, the tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  1. The event was not as described and I would like to have a refund?

Raprika is just the ticket provider and not the actual event organiser. Hence, refund of an event will not be possible from our end.  All the information is provided by the event organiser and considered to be true. Some events may not go as per your liking and we will be happy to listen to your feedback and provide the same to the event organiser.
